We use specialized equipment to heat a rubberized crack sealant to approximately 375–400ºF, ensuring it reaches the perfect consistency for application. Once ready, we carefully fill the cracks using a pour pot or crack wand for precise coverage.
This flexible sealant adapts to temperature fluctuations, expanding and contracting with the asphalt to prevent water from seeping in. By keeping moisture out, it helps avoid potholes and structural deterioration, preserving the integrity of your pavement.
